• You must not upload files that are illegal, harmful, infringe intellectual property, or violate laws.

5. Estimates and Slicing

• Estimated print time and material usage are approximations.
• Actual results may vary based on printer settings and provider capabilities.

6. Third-Party Printing Providers

• We act as a platform to connect you with providers.
• VoxelForge is not responsible for quality, delays, or fulfillment issues. Disputes should be resolved directly with the provider.

7. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
• You agree to any applicable fees, taxes, or refund policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Upload harmful code or models
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the service

9. Intellectual Property

• The VoxelForge platform, design, and tools are owned by us.
• You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the platform without permission.
• VoxelForge uses third-party software and services, including TripoSR for AI model generation, Stable Diffusion for image generation, and Cura Engine for slicing. These components are the property of their respective owners and are used under their respective licenses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided “as is” without warranty.
• We are not liable for damages, including data loss, print failure, or missed deadlines.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
